I’ve been making my way through the Avo line as of late. Founded by Avo Uvezian and distributed by Davidoff of Geneva, the Avo line speaks of premium pleasure.
The Avo Classic is a medium bodied blend composed of 25 year old tobaccos using Dominican fillers and binder, and finished with an Ecuadorian wrapper.
The tastes are smooth, mellow. Hints of vanilla, creaminess, touch of nutty flavors come out as well. With something produced by Davidoff, the burn is satisfyingly even, the draw, easy. Smoking time was around an hour and a half.
It’s not a complex cigar, but you’re not looking for complexity in this blend. Toward the end, the power picked up, as did tastes of spice, but that was short lived because the cigar itself is just about done.
